We got it on and running today. It took some time to get it going to fill the float bowl but then I drizzled a little fuel into the throats and it fired up straight away. After 5 mins of tuning it was running sensational, picking up revs really well.

We took it for a drive up the street and it went pretty good, still needed a little fine tuning.

Then I took a shot and went up to the end of the street (about 500m) and it didn't like 3rd gear. When I pulled up at the end of the street it stalled (like it ran out of fuel). It started back up and drove back to the house, as soon as we got to the driveway, it stalled again.

Now after messing around with the settings thinking it's lean, it fires up and runs for about 20 seconds then stalls no matter what idle mixture setting I use.

Any ideas guys? I though maybe fuel pump but then it'd not start up... so float level?

I have no idea.
