See, i have made an adapter plate so you just bolt the pulsar dissy and strap it on with the a series cog attached.
There is no grinding or modifying the dissy other than attaching the gear. you could pull it out and reuse it in a pulsar if you wanted to.
Im looking into cnc cut adapters so they will look nice and there will be no dramas for someone to do at home in half hour or so.
One drill hole and away you go. Technically anyone could modify a pulsar dissy by grinding off bits and tapping a thread, but its far easier to just drill one hole, attach a gear and bolt it in.
