Alright I could lie & say this is a Datsun related question but I'll be honest instead. If this pisses anybody off I'll apologize up front.
I have a 74 ford F250 pickup with a 460 V-8 that has a frozen distributor. I cannot for the life of me get it to budge. I've tried penetrating oil, channel locks, tried to get a pipe wrench on it but it won't fit. I haven't tried a torch yet but I might.
Like I said, not a Datsun but we can pretend can't we. Let's see, 460 Cubic inch equals about 6 point something A12 motors ,we can look at it that way. It's a universal engine problem at times.
Any idea's are appreciated.
Evan
