I've been using bundy tube all week putting in my fuel lines. Bends pretty easily once you stop trying to use a bit of wood with a hole in it and use a cheap pipe bender off ebay.

What are you doing about feed/return from the tank? If you do go the bundy tube option try a brakes place. Repco and Supercrap had no idea what I was talking about.... or maybe that's just because I'm in Geelong (No offense Pigdog).
