Ok time to eat a bit of humble pie for me, I don't like to give out bad info and should have looked closer before typing.
Dattodude and Daveman are partially correct it is not the injector dropping resister.
So, what is it you ask?
What you have there is an A/T harness. It is a dropping resister for the A/T Shift solenoid B and Line pressure Solenoid.
If you are running a manual transmission than, as Dattodude said, you don't need it.
