Go for the Vanette one. The pressure plate should have a higher clamping force.

those part numbers look very foreign, but it has been a couple of years since I've bought an A series clutch. Daiken (aka Exedy) R169HD is the part number I know for the Heavy Duty Vanette clutch. I've used one of these behind a very strong A14 turbo engine.Thait was full face rather than sprung button plate though. That's obviously the extra "cb" suffix on the part number.
