The only bad thing I can report is when I won something from a 'business' & they sent the wrong part. I rang & they took back the part, then advised that my part had been 'lost'
They offered a full refund, but I politely asked that they get off their backsides & go find the bloody thing. I bid well, I paid promptly, all I want is what I paid for.

Nil result, & I have recently bought the right bit from another source, [at a lower price too] so will be accepting the full refund offer with a note expressing bitter disappointment at the way they do business.
If that's as bad as it gets, then I am probably doing OK I guess.
