Does anyone know a seller Utool1? '

He has just received neg feedback from a buyer who bought the last item before me he's paid and not received and cant contact seller and im borderline on taking the same action, I've paid, he's received the money and marked that on the ad but just wont send the item and now wont answer his phone or reply to email or ebay messages.

I paid by direct deposit so I can get my money back somehow but I would much perfer my item.

Now I have to wait 10 days for him to reply to my dispute before I can take further action.
