The dat is sitting there with a missing engine begging for a good home...


This is a tough one team, I have been reposted to another site for work so I wont be on the tools for another 6 to 8 months, I might have to let her go.
It is a 1979 datsun 1200 ute.
Has reverse eye leafs,
blue bird trx diff center,
Custom tailshaft,
custom widened tunnel (can do clutch without removing engine),

Modified ca20 bellhousing on rb20 gearbox (shorter),
Custom cable clutch adaptor,
machined flywheel 10,000k with new high clamping force sprung clutch (ABS),
carter gold low pressure lift into 1L surge tank,

Modest lockablel box with battery in tray,

Torneau over a checkerplate tray,

bosch vl turbo pump feeding injector rail,
t25 bb from SR20,

Fabricated dump and 2.5" exhaust to suit,
Retrimmed recaro buckets,

Alpine head unit & door pod mounted splits,
Boost guage,
Standard tacho & Speedo adapted to suit,

Stanza struts, Celica adjustable rebound internals,
Grilock calipers & discs front,
All new master, splitter, brake lines, discs, pads 10,000k ago,
2sets of 14x6.5 rims, (one set with good rubber)
Full plates for the conversion (APC) (mounts designed by me, fabricated by perFourMance),

was in and running for 3 years but turbo went so decided for full rebuild. Engine stripped, all parts drowned in new oil and cocooned in glad wrap. Already had head rebuilt. Needs new rings and a hone. All parts are there, needs a slight electrical tidy up, (a few new clips ect.)
