I am going to looking at a Honda VT250F on Wednesday - guys got it for $1500 rego included but no RWC. Looking at this http://www.250ccbikes.com/honda-vt250f.html

It appears that they maybe duds but he assures me of it's reliability.

Can anyone atest to the quality of these bikes?
