Just picked up a rusty ol kpb310 with a15 and 60a 5 speed for $230 yesterday.
Trying to get the a15 started.
Been sitting for about a year.
Checked oil
Checked battery
New dizzy cap
New coil
spark plugs are good
Has fuel

Turns over fast so good bat.
Spark plug sparks when put onto side of block
fuel in the bowl window of standard carb. Maybe a tad over the middle dot/mark

BUT she wont start. Usually wouldnt need help for something simple like this but feel the need to discuss the matter.
Possible flooding? maybe needle/seat not sealing properly?
Anyone have any thoughts?
