I doubt it.
This is what I have done-

120Y Struts with custom hubs with the desired pattern, and use S13 Silvia/180 brakes. SR20DET ones are slightly bigger than the CA18 type. If you do a search you will find there is a bracket you can buy to bold the calipers to the 120Y strut. Kevin Rowley sell them. I can PM his phone number if you like.
