If you have a wirring noise only when you press your foot on the clutch, then you have a dry or dirty clutch release bearing.

If it is completely siezed, then it will wear the clutch fingers, but more than likely it's just worn/dry/dirty [inside] & it's only when it contacts the rotating clutch that the bearing rotates & makes a noise.

Try pressing on it pedal lightly. If the noise starts as soon as the free travel in the pedal is taken up, then it's the release bearing.

To fix it, you need to first be able to hold it in your hand, & you know how to do that I suspect.

If the spiggot bush in the back of the crank is dry, it makes a high pitched screaming kind of noise, sort of like a sliping fan belt.
