to work out the cyclinder capacity, its the water capacity times the maximum working pressure.

ie 200bar cyclinder with 2l water capacity gives 400 litres of oxygen.

medical grade oxygen is about 99.9% pure, whereas industrial grade is about 97% pure.

then you have to think about the actual weight of a cyclinder. Ever had to carry even an empty oxy cyclinder, like the g size ones! they must weight about 30 kgs empty, plus the weight of the oxygen (yes it does add up)

The oxygen levels in a given atmosphere are the key component to how reactive the surronding gasses are. (ie how explosive).

i forget the flamepoint of petrol, but its faily low (about 150 deg C), but that is measured at sea level at normal atmopsphere (21% oxygen, 78.9%nitrogen and 0.1% trace gasses)

If you increase the level of oxygen, not only do you increase the burning temp as a result of excess oxygen bieng able to bond, but you also lower the flamepoint. Preignition would be a massive problem. let alone needing a block and pistons made form titanium or something exotic like that to cope with the additional temps and related stresses.
