The vacuum shouldnt be great enough to lose a significant amount of oil. The only time it could be is when the turbo is making full boost and you close the throttle to change gear. This would be the period of max vacuum but it will be so short that it wont starve the turbo. at idle the turbo wouldnt be creating enough vacuum for this to be a problem.
