Just take a tee off the oil sender line to get your oil feed for the turbo and then get a fitting welded into your sump for oil return

edit: I dont think an oil cooler is necessary. you can run one if you want. It is just another thing that you have to buy.

Have fun and keep us updated with the progress if you do go ahead with it.
