I got mine made up by a clutch shop. Couldn't find an of the shelf item heavy enough. Only around 200bucks. Never slips, chirps 3rd etc so im happy. Thats on standard size of 180mm.

Next option would be give them your flywheel and they redrill it to suit 200mm clutch plate. That way you get grip from extra surface area and can keep a reasonably light pedal.
