I looked at the site, it looks like the engine is going in a small tractor or some things of that nature... perhaps a dedicated water pump ... i have to wonder what he's up to... his name on the gallery is Diesel Homer
the site was in finnish i'll see what else i can find out from it.

i can say it's not going in a "car" or other motor vehicle of that sort.
