Apart from the need to shorten the housing and axles you will need to fabricate mounts
and decide how to adapt your brake setup of choice and/or stud pattern of choice.

your tailshaft will need furthur modification to adapt to the toyota diff

4wd hilux's came with LSD centre, so theyre the preferred choice, although LSD centres
from a 4wd will go into a 2wd housing of the same model.

im not sure about lowering or exhaust clearance in a sedan as ive got a hilux rear
in a ute.

and for ratio's with the z18 your gonna want something bewtween 3.7 and 4.11 for a
streeter depending on wether you want it to cruise nice or punch hard off the line.

the hilux diff is overkill, theyre very heavy (a bit heavier than a borg warner) but they
take a hell of a beating.
