My differential seems to make a lot of noise in my b310. It seems to get louder as the car picks up speed, varying at certain frequencies around 50mph or so. I've tried changing the gear oil a few times. The last time I did it I put in Lucas gear oil. It seemed to quiet it only slightly. I guess my question is: are the diff's for these cars generally somewhat noisey or should I be concerned about changing my gears? Keep in mind I dont have a back seat to help block noise. If I do need new gears where can I find them? Thanks!
