weber 32-36 / motorcraft carby difference

Hi Guys,
when i bought my coupe it came with what I thought was a weber 32/36 dgav carby. I bought a kit to rebuild it.
Whilst some of the parts are similiar, the gaskets etc are marginally different. The body on the carby casing has motorcraft on it. Is anybody able to shed some light as to what this may be. I have searched the net but there doesn't seem to be any info on 'motorcraft carbys' that are similiar to weber 32/36.
