Buying a 1200 ute with Ca18 conversion

I am going to purchace a 1200 ute and the one I am looking at already has a ca18 conversion done. I was wondering whether anyone has any advise on whether or not I should just buy one myself and do the conv, or is there anything I should look out for when I go to buy this sick ute?

any advise would be greatly appreciated!!!
