easy to steal parts off other motors im taking one off an early ford they are simple and dont have a fast idle valve. for injectors maybe take something off an sr20?

as for how much boost to run on a stock untouched bottom end i wouldnt go over 12psi
plenum size is twice the capacity of your motor so in you case 3.2 litres
