Tyries maths is correct 1171 x 1.15 = 1347cc. So in NSW if they choose to conform to the letter of the law, you will need an engineers certificate to get your blueslip, as an A14 is of greater than 15% capacity over a 1200.

Your only hope is if the Blueslip guy doesnt realise that the A14 in the engine number means that its a 1400, which he may not or if he doesnt care, which he also may not.
