I did the conversion several months ago with great success. I went with the smaller of the two brakes options offered on a S13, [CA18DET 250mm rotors]. The 13 inch watanabes fit very nicely. the Master cylinder I used was sourced from a 240Z. Std Drum brakes are still on the rear. It does require a little more leg power as its not vacuum assisted. Soon I will be fitting ebc green stuff pads to chase a llittle more bite.
