I recently built up another set of the S13 [CA 250mm rotor] conversion on B110 drum hubs and KB110 struts. In order to get the caliper to rotor allignment correct, I sacraficed the original drum and machined it on a lathe and turned it into a spacer [5.05mm].
I did not have to modify the drum hub at all. I did not have to modify the rotor either.
