The CA18ET was the engine that frightened the bejeesus out of the V8's at Bathurst in the 910 Bluebirds during the early 80's They went VERY fast, but unfortunately the overboosting that was done for qualifying inconveniently blew head gaskets. They were proven to be a bloody strong performer, yet they are largely unloved.
