Hey everyone, I am running new braided lines for fuel and brakes etc. and have a few questions hopefully someone can answer. Reading through the cams manual I have read I can run fuel lines through the car but there is to be no connections inside of car. Does that include a connection at the firewall? I have a quick disconnect I was going to use and it has a male ends at each end, is this going to be ok? The hose will poke through the firebreak at the rear and then connect to tank so no worries there.

EDIT: I just found the online manual and this is what is says; I think I am ok,

'Except if the cables, lines and electrical equipment such as battery, fuel pump etc, are in compliance with the requirements of the aircraft industry as regards their location, material and connections, they must be placed or fitted in such a way that any leakage cannot result in:
