THANKS EVERYONE. We put a thicker black wire in place of the original earth and also added another thick black wire to the passenger side Reverse light earth. Then put a small nut and bolt with washers including spring washers attaching them to the body nice and tight. WALLAH we have all lights functioning correctly again. BIG THANKS AGAIN PEOPLES.
