They are all Datsun model B210, Nissan chassis code B210.

* 120Y: market name in Australia and many other export markets:

* Sunny: market name in Japan

* B-210 (with a dash): market name in North America


There are lots of little differences other than LHD vs. RHD. See Datsun1200.com article 'B210'
