All B210 (120Y) use the same engine mounting system. It changed between B110 (Datsun 1200) and B210.

H145 changed to H150 for 1975, before the minor model change which was for 1976 if I undertand correctly. Vans changed a bit later than sedans and coupe.

Minor change included grille and suspension I think (change to disc brakes for STD and DX models)
