Smart move. Get the ute looking sweet with a weber carby and nice body and stick with it for a while. If you can collect all the bits for the conversion before you start you will be more likely to finish it.

But seriously I dont recomend a turbo Datto for a inexperienced driver. No retractable seatbelts, seatbelt tensioners, air bags, grumple zones, side intrusion protection etc. So if you F### up you may not survive and trust me these things are Bloody quick cars. Howver they have a colapsable steering column for safety.
