which end are you wanting to change?

putting an adjustable end on the stock cable is pretty easy as its just a matter of cutting the cable down and then the adjustable end slides on and you solder a new bar doover on the end

swapping the firewall end is a bit harder, just coz you have to find a new end as they are pressed onto the stock cable so arent reusable
