Hi OWGT, welcome to the club.

I buy most of my parts from Schucks, the local Pacific Northwest auto parts store.

And some from http://rockauto.com (sale stuff mostly, yep I just bought new brakes and a clutch piston):

And some from eBay (rare stuff and bargains)


About 5 years ago I bought a 1200 in Lynnwood, same deal, previous owner moved out and the landlord wanted it gone (but I had to pay $150 for it).
