Rat1000,
You got that four door in vic that looks like it has copped a little bit of rust down low? Nice find for that money.
They are all screws & bolts (12mm), the only word of warning I have is; be weary of rusty bolts and screws. There is a line of screws at the top of the engine bay shoulder, one at the bottom of the front windscreen pillar, two at the front under and behind the front bumper and one more that screws the bottom of the guard up into the chasis rail. If your 1000 still has the mud guard brackets you'll need to pull them off first (take off the chrome runner as well, the one that runs along the bottom of either side).
Just be careful when you are removing the old screws, if they are rusty get your shoulder nice and square behind them. Nothing worse than a broken screw or a threaded socket. (same old deal, old car - take your time!)
The top of the guard may be held strong by the seam sealer stuff. Get all the bolts out and work it off gently.
Good point about the grill too.
Grill off, surrounds off, headlight retainer off, disconnect headlight, headlight shroud out (3 screws), disconnect indicator, remove chrome strip, remove mud-guard bracket and unscrew the screws.
Nice shed by the way. Must be pretty damn big even if you can drive a B10 back and forth!!!
