i have a spare turbo feels and looks ok but seal condition unknown
does the port you had it on flow freely. could be a bit of carbon blocking it
if the turbo is turning it should make boost even if its spewing oil
you would only have 6-7 psi stock

blob those numbers are gen nissan from thier FAST system. very handy resource for plumbing etc.
