i mentioned to the guy that owns carb king that i was looking for a weber dgv & he said it will push my fuel consumption way up without doing anything for performance?!?!? He said i need to mod the engine first to achieve anything with that carb - so i just stuck to my original. I do need to replace it still.

So, can anyone explain to me what the bigger size pipe does - besides get the exhaust fumes away faster from the engine? is there a benefit gained from running a 2 inch pipe on a standard engine? how much influence on exhaust sound does the intake (ie: carb) have? Besides rust prevention, is there any other benefit of having stainless steel piping or boxes? what box (muffler) type would be best to use?

What in the world are extractors? (same as exhaust manifold?)

Little dark one, are you using that setup on your a14 or a12? I have an a12 i believe... & my budget isnt big at all.

What are dump pipes?
