a properly set up swaybar shouldn't need 2 to work properly. this would only be for an increase in stiffness which you would get from one single bigger stiffer swaybar. a dual set-up would only create some issues with the swaybar having different arcs and pushing and pulling on the suspension.
i am happy to be proven wrong but i can't see any reason for 2.
