Yes, it is possible, but not very easy. Only a few people have attempted to convert a B210 to IRS (Independent Rear Suspension).

Theoretically, IRS is a better design. But in practice it is not always better. A solid rear axle car can usually be made to corner just as fast as IRS.

For comfort, it is easier to make a smooth soft ride with IRS.
