You just adjust the idle speed, then the mixture. That's it.
1. Using a tachometer, adjust idle screw to 800 RPM 2. Adjust idle mixture to best idle. Readjust idle screw to 800 RPM is needed 3. Screw idle mixture in until it is running 750 RPM You are done.
But if the carb is having problems, it is very complicated to troubleshoot. For example, the above doesn't fix anything if the ignition timing is off. Or if there is cracked hose.
