Well never were truer words spoken [or writen] Datsun saved us money when these cars were new, & decades later, they are still saving us money as this example clearly illustrates.
An A15 transplant will help in the pep department & the fuel consumption penalty will be quite small but if the current engine runs fine then wear it out first. [it might take a while though]
