Once you have the hot idle mapped 100% fine then go into cold start, not sure how it is on the MS, but this is a general guide:
Prime: ms dependant on injector, easy to set though per c as you need no logging/wideband, start small (2ms) and go up till she fires straight away
Post Start: usualy 10% additional fuel over base map from 20c to about 2% at 60c to zero
Post Start decay: 5seconds @ 20c taper to 2sec at 60c
Warm up: Most engines like around 20-25% fuel multiplication over base MS at 20c also obviously tapering, I like my warm up/coolant comp to be all out at 65c
Best thing to do is hook up a good wideband and always start leaner than to rich for start up, to rich foul's the plugs and gives false readings, to lean and she just wont start, always move to the next temp cell after driving it for a short while to clear it, let it cool down just enough to put it in the center of the next temp range then start up.
AFR's at start/post start usualy around 11.5-12, afr's during warmup after post start decay you can get into the mid 13's but when loading rather try put them into the high 12's till at least 55c coolant then you can start leaning it out to your usual 14.7 idle/cruise, 13.5ish light load and low 13 high 12 high load depending on compression.
Hope this helps.
