all right then, I'm just leaving it on there the way it is. I know the colored link didn't really matter thats why I lined it up the way the old chain & FSM indicated but the haynes manual makes it a bit confusing showing the image of the dots facing each other.

I'll do the rocker check after the head install, how much BTDC for #4 rockers to be loose?
