Ok, so I thought I'd show people the progress on the wagon since my last post.
So far all the bodywork has been completed (rust cut out, welded, panels straightened - Thanks Stuart Simpson, and the shell has been painted - Thanks Lachie Peterson.
It's now at Maddat, got the front brakes/suspension on, new wheels, brake booster/clutch all fitted, all brake and fuel lines run, and about to get started with the IRS setup. Last weekend we finally fit the engine in and bolted up all the mounts and cut the shifter hole in the new trans tunnel.
And as for the brake booster setup, I had to also install a willwood valve in order to distribute properly between the front and back brake setups. Scott from maddat has also installed a new clutch pedal setup that is more rigid and solid, so my car is the tester. Should be available there pretty soon I think. Not too expensive either.
Oh, and one last thing, does anybody have a shifter to suit a CA gearbox that they're willing to part with?? The one I got with the engine is shortened and welded pretty dodgy.
Here's the links to a few photos I took last weekend.(I still don't know how to get them to show in forums, even after all this time, haha. If anyone can help out that'd be great!)
