I hear ya Popo, Ive just dealt with him, went out there in person, hes ok but gives the impression that he might be a bit jaded and over it, (hung up on one customer telling me he didnt want to hear his life story while i was in there lol!) BTW the exterior window weather stripping he sells for the 1000s arent quite the same profile, tho I havent tried to put them in yet, too busy buggering around getting myself in trouble with the boot seal.
The second time I went out there i almost made him smile by making some inferrence to rubber and bouncing cheques...almost, before he cut me short shaking his head saying "ive heard them all before mate"
