So here is the run down on how I did it, by the way this hose insn't very flexible either.
1. I bent the old hose until it cracked so I could salvage the inner hose because it had been protected all these years.
2. Muscle the inner hose into the new flexible one with help from a friend.
3. Now your going to want to take off the metal plate that bolts on to the inside of the car, the one where access to the screws is inside the fill door. There should be 3 and you might want to replace them I know mine were all rusted from years of gas dripping on them.
4. Gently put that in a vise so that the portion where the hose needs to go on is pointing up.
5. Pull a small amount of the innner hose through the outer and put it on the metal piece, if it feel like you need a clamp use the smallest and lowest profile type you can find, your going to need the clearance later. I didn't use one becuase I had to shove it on and there is no pressure involved with this hose.
6. Now the hardest part is, with time, muscle, and a little bit of WD-40 you need to slowly push the outer hose onto the metal piece. I know the original hose had cuts for the vent hoses but I didn't put the new one on that far because it only needs to make it far enough to put a hose clamp on.
7. Once you have all of that together now comes the most fun part, to get the hose into the car you must put the assembly in from the top down inside the car, if you have not already removed the vent box your going to need to now.
8. Put the hose in and have on person under the car and one working from through the trunk. (this is for coupes I'm not sure how to do the sedan)The person underneath needs to guide the hose trough the hole in the body while the person at the top pushes down on it.
9. Now to reattach the metal fill piece to the body you are going to want to insert a scewdevier, or something to pry with, into the end of the hose assembly from the outside of the car to pull it down, then put the scews in.
10. Last and easiest part is attaching it to the gas tank. Again if you didn't remove the gas tank already your going to need to now. So attach the hose to the tank and don't forget to attach all of the other hoses and while you down there you might want to just replace them like I did. Then bolt the tank back up.
I hope this will help
