Next guess is siezed wheel cylinders. If you are not confident in being able to fix it yourself, abrake specilist would be the go. If you can't get it to one I am sure that we can help you out. Don't be half-hearted with brakes! Cutting corners or not getting it right is in most cases FATAL!! I don't know your location but if you need some ideas or help, even a talk through give me a call.
