To fit the turbo to the engine, all you need to do is fabricate a new exhaust manifold and exhaust piping. Then fabricate plumbing to the carb. Then modify the carb. There are more complicated ways to do it, which give better performance.

Or pay a shop to design it and install it... which is the easiest way.
