iDatto - I am really sorry for the hijack.

DD - My car is no longer A series powered. I have been running a CA18DET for the past 4 or 5 years which might explain the spring rate for you. The guys running in IPRA here in Australia typically use spring rates ranging from 250lbs to 300lbs. Keep in mind cars in this class are caged too which generally allows you back off the spring rates.
The suspension set up on my car has been a work in progress since the CA went in. Ken Graham (Accurate Suspension) here in Brisbane has been responsible for the past 2 iterations. Ken has campaigned a very fast 1600 (510) for many years and is pretty well known as a good pedaller and a good suspension tuner. Ken likes to set up his cars low and soft with plenty of camber. It seems to work as he has plenty of quick machines running round south east QLD. If I went to see Ken and said the car is doing `X' what can you do and he set it up with less camber it wouldn't bother me in the slightest provided it was faster.

Lowtech - I corner as hard as the car will let me. To give you an idea I had better mid corner speeds yesterday than an Evo 9, Evo 6, Mk4 Supra and an E46 M3 all on semis.

Again sorry for the hijack and the essay!

Matty
