Here in Australia, .....
The H165 diff that was used in the 1200 ute had a ratio of 4.11 to 1.

The H150 came with a 3.9 to 1 in everything that used this diff except the very late Sunny Sportswagon [WB310] that was fitted with the A15.
This used a diff ratio of 3.7 to 1.
A 3.54 to 1 ratio was used in some US models of the B310. [AKA Datsun 210]

The iron H145 diff that was used in Aussie 1200's & early 120Y [B210] models came only in 3.9 to 1

The alloy H145 diff that was used in the Datsun 1000 [B10] passenger models & in some 1200 wagons [VB110] used a 4.11 to 1 ratio.
The alloy H145 diff that was used in VB10 & B20 models [Datsun 1000 Van & Ute] came with a 4.375 to 1 ratio.

There was allegedly a 4.625 to 1 ratio available for these commercial models as a factory option.
